Nicolas Grossemy
Nicolas wants to bring you fresh and homemade French food. He lives and explores Bangalore in his food truck, Le Casse-Croûte.
We spoke to this friendly chef and owner about his unique cooking and food truck story.

“Anyone can make a sandwich, but people want something more. Without a doubt, fresh ingredients and a twist in your cooking make a great sandwich.”

“We don’t cook the same way in India as we did in France. Learning a different cuisine gives you ideas.”

“The food truck scene is unpredictable here. We only park at complexes and private parties because of issues with cops.”

Try those toasted sandwiches called croques. Bon appétit! Visit Le Casse-Croûte.
