Returns/exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and return fees apply.
How do I return an item?
Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Initiate your return from your order page. Select items and schedule your pickup. We provide only one pickup attempt (not guaranteed).
Pickup failed. What next?
If the pickup fails, you'll need to send the package back yourself.
Can sale or clearance items be returned?
No. Items bought on sale, clearance, or labelled "Final Sale" may have minor imperfections and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can store credit be used everywhere?
Store credit is valid for one year, applicable only on full-priced products. Not valid on sale, clearance or discounted items, and can't be refunded for cash.
What happens to my discount if I return/exchange?
If you return or exchange, discounts or free shipping received initially will be deducted from your refund amount.
What if my item goes out of stock?
If your ordered item is unavailable, we'll inform you and refund the payment to the original payment method.
